This document governs the order-specific terms of product or service offers created by Pitemati exclusively for a specific user account. This document applies only when the cart contains a customer-specific offer. It is not displayed when ready-made and publicly available store products are purchased on their own.

2. Availability Only to the Authorized Customer
The offer may be viewed and purchased only through the user account assigned by Pitemati management. Transferring or sharing the offer with another user, or adding it to the cart without authorization, does not grant the right to enter into a contract. The system may reverify the user's authorization during the add-to-cart and checkout stages.
3. Determination of Scope and Out-of-Scope Work
The work and deliverables included in the order are specified in the order-specific information above or in the related offer/technical description. Any new feature, additional page, integration, additional file, additional minutes/time, third-party license, hosting, domain name, maintenance, or similar request that is not expressly included may be considered outside the scope and may be priced separately subject to the customer's additional approval.
4. Delivery / Performance Period and Customer Contribution
The estimated delivery/performance period is determined specifically for each order. If the content, files, access credentials, selections, or approvals to be provided by the customer are delayed, the delivery/performance period may be affected accordingly. Pitemati will inform the customer of the impact of such delay within reasonable limits.
5. Revisions and Corrections
If the number or scope of revisions is specified in the order, those limits shall apply. Correction of an error within the agreed order scope is distinguished from a new feature or scope extension subsequently requested by the customer. A new price/offer may be issued for out-of-scope requests.
6. Payment, Invoice and Order Records
The customer-specific offer is processed as a standard order through WooCommerce. Payment may be made by bank transfer/EFT, PayTR, or other payment methods enabled on the website. Order and payment records, invoicing, and accounting processes are subject to the same record-keeping procedures as other product/service sales.
7. The Right of Withdrawal Is Not Predetermined by This Document
This agreement does not create a uniform result such as “there is no right of withdrawal” or “a 14-day waiting period applies” for every customer-specific job. The applicable right of withdrawal and any relevant exception are determined separately during checkout according to the legal nature of the order item. If performance of a service must begin before the 14-day period expires, a separate request/consent for early commencement, identifying the relevant service by name, is obtained from customers who qualify as consumers. If there is a digital product delivered immediately, separate information regarding digital delivery is displayed for that product.
8. Mixed Customer-Specific Offers
A customer-specific offer may contain more than one component. For example, a web design service may be combined with a ready-made theme license, or an audio transcription service may be combined with an additional digital delivery within the same order. Legal events and conditions are, as far as possible, identified on a component-by-component basis; specific consent given for one component is not deemed to have been given for another component.
9. Intellectual Property and Third-Party Components
For ready-made Pitemati products, the applicable Individual/Commercial License provisions shall apply. The scope of use/transfer of customer-specific work, source files, designs, or software is specified in the order-specific information. Third-party/open-source components are subject to their respective licenses.
10. Entry into Force and Connection to the Order
These terms are presented to the customer together with the order-specific information when the customer-specific offer is added to the order and become applicable to the relevant customer-specific offer upon approval of the order. The version of the text and the order-specific fields applicable at the time of the order are stored together with the order record independently of any subsequent updates to the text.
