This Privacy Policy provides general information about the types of information collected during the use of the Pitemati website, the purposes for which such information is used, data flows involving payment and technical infrastructure providers, and customer-specific product/service processes. For detailed information regarding the processing of personal data under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), the Personal Data Protection and Processing Information Notice also applies.

1. Information Collected

• First name, surname, email address, phone number and invoicing information required for membership, orders and invoicing.
• Transaction records relating to ordered digital products/licenses or customer-specific product/service offers.
• Payment method, payment result, transaction identifier and refund information.
• Technical information such as IP address, session data and security logs.
• Support requests and information, content and files submitted by the user for the performance of the relevant work.

 

2. Payment Security and PayTR

Where credit/debit card payment is offered, payment transactions may be processed through the PayTR infrastructure. Pitemati does not store sensitive card verification data such as the full card number or CVV/CVC in its own database. Order and customer information required for completing, verifying and refunding payments and ensuring payment security may be transmitted to the payment service provider.

3. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The website may use cookies that are strictly necessary for WordPress/WooCommerce session, cart, account and security functions. Technical/strictly necessary cookies belonging to the payment service provider may also be used on the payment page or within embedded payment components. If non-essential cookies are used for analytics, advertising or marketing purposes, they are handled separately within the applicable consent mechanism.

4. Sharing of Data

Information may be shared, to the extent necessary for processing orders and providing services, with payment/financial institutions, accounting and e-invoicing service providers, hosting/email/security providers and institutions authorized by law. Data is not sold to third parties for commercial purposes.

5. Customer-Specific Products and Services

Pitemati may assign web design, software development, module development, audio transcription or other product/service offers that may be provided in the future specifically to a particular user account. Such offers may not appear in the public store and may be visible only through the authorized customer's account. The package name, scope, price, delivery/performance conditions, legal profile and order record may be recorded in the system in the same manner as other WooCommerce orders.

6. Order-Specific Legal Notices

Legal texts displayed during checkout may vary according to the nature of the products and services in the cart. While immediate digital delivery information may be displayed for a digital product, a request for early commencement may be displayed for a service only where it applies to that particular service. These records may be linked to the relevant order.

7. Data Security

The protection of data is pursued through access authorization, the use of up-to-date software, logging, backups and appropriate technical/administrative measures. Taking into account that no system operating over the internet can provide an absolute guarantee of security, measures aimed at reducing risks are implemented.
